Lose Weight by Drinking a Bottle of Water
The University of Birmingham in the United Kingdom announced their results of a study (8/2015) of obese adults, who drank a bottle of water a half hour before meals lost more weight than those who did not. They theorized that consuming water before the meal increased feelings of fullness and therefore less calories were consumed. As we all know drinking water is good but now if you time it right drinking water might just help you trim your waistline!
